Privacy notice

This notice explains what ProInCorner does with the details you send through the forms on this website: the waitlist and the coach application. It covers those forms only. The ProInCorner app will have its own privacy policy.

What we collect

• From the waitlist: your email address and what you train.
• From a coach application: your name, email address, city, country, years coaching, boxing background, a link to your work, your message, and the video you attach, if you attach one.
• Your network address (IP address), to limit how many coach applications one network can send in an hour. We keep it with that count, and it is deleted when the hour is up.
• When you start filling in the waitlist form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are not a bot. Cloudflare sees your network address and browser details for that check only, and may set a cookie needed for it. It does not see your email address. Just reading the site does not contact Cloudflare. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum.
• Our web server's access logs, which record the network address, time and page of each visit. We use them only to keep the site secure and working.

This website sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics.

Why we collect it

Waitlist: to send you one email when the ProInCorner app launches. We send nothing else.

Coach applications: to review your application and to contact you about it.

We don't use either for other marketing, and we don't sell or share them.

Who can see it

Only ProInCorner staff with administrator access. Everything is stored on our own server, hosted by DigitalOcean in Singapore.

How long we keep it

Waitlist: until we have sent the launch email, then we delete it. We delete it sooner if you ask us to.

Coach applications: while we consider your application. We delete it, with any video, once we no longer need it or when you ask us to.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and object to how we use it. Email us at hello@proincorner.com. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission.

If we change this notice, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
